Pranking your dog has to be one of America’s favorite pastimes.

They’re loyal, adorable and, most importantly, easy to trick, but will instantly forgive you thanks to their good-hearted nature.

Magician Jose Ahonen took this to the next level when he made some treats disappear before a few of our canine friends. The results? Hilarious.

To say they were shocked is an understatement. I just hope they got a a real treat in the end. Talk about blue balls!
