Sam Adams' 'HeliYUM' Beer Would Make Nights Out Infinitely More Entertaining (Video)

April Fools' Day might be my least favorite day of the year. It's not because I don't have a sense of humor (that's normally a prerequisite for a "humor writer"). It's for a much less obvious reason.

I hate April 1 because I know that all I'm going to do is sift through a number of well-orchestrated pranks (and a great number of awful, terrible, no good, very bad ones) and be horribly disappointed afterwards. It's the one day a year that companies are allowed to blatantly lie to consumers and, despite knowing that their products are fake, it doesn't stop me from wanting them.

This video from Sam Adams is a perfect example of this dilemma.

I've always liked the brewery, and while it might not be my go-to beer, I'd buy their new "HeliYUM" brew in a heartbeat.

Not only would it get you drunk, but you could also sound like a Munchkin while doing so. I need that in my life. What a tease.
