Every year MAD Magazine releases its signature “20 Dumbest” article, featuring some of the dumbest people, events and things of the past year.

According to this year’s cover photo, some of the dumbies include Barack Obama, Alex Rodriguez, The US Congress, Anthony Weiner, Paula Deen and, of course, woman of the year: Miley Cyrus. From humping and violating foam fingers, to sticking her tongue out more than Michael Jordan, to twerking on practically everything that moves, Miley Cyrus has sure had quite the year.

We were fortunate enough to obtain an exclusive cover photo from MAD’s top article on the young pop star, and by the looks of the hilarious image, we can bet it’s going to be a pretty entertaining article too.

I Went One Week Without Instagram And This Is How It Renewed My Outlook On Life

I spend so much time flipping between Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; I scroll through my feeds and once I get to a place where pictures or statuses or tweets begin to look familiar again, I refresh the page, hoping to find something new. It’s an addictive and slightly destructive habit. I waste my time, phone […]
