Almost every college student has had a professor or two who had a policy on cellphones meant to ensure they’d never see the light of day in the classroom. This instructor at Aquinas College in Michigan had a rule (note the past tense) that said if a phone rang in class, it had to be answered on speaker.

This April Fools’ Day, his students decided to take advantage of this fact and the result is one of the best pranks I’ve seen in a while. In a world where almost every “prank video” involves antagonizing random people on the streets of Los Angeles, this is a refreshing change of pace.

It’s what an April Fools’ joke should be: simple, harmless and somehow incorporating an unplanned pregnancy. Hilarious.

Oh, This Is Just A Lemur Resting On A Baby’s Head, No Big Deal (Photo)

Every once in a while, I like to stray away from writing unnecessarily wordy write-ups about cute notes penned by small children and videos of cats being bad at things. Occasionally, we all need a break from thinking and instead take a few minutes to appreciate the simpler things in life. Take, for example, this […]

When You Tell A Young Girl She’s Pretty, You May Be Doing Unthinkable Damage (Video)

There are significantly fewer women in science than there are men. Various theories have risen as to why this is still the case, such as stereotyping and the existence of a confidence gap between men and women, but this Verizon ad has brought forth a new explanation. According to the National Science Foundation, 66 percent of fourth grade girls […]
