Student Hilariously Records Professor's Identical Entrance Every Day (Video)

by Gillian Fuller

This educator defines the term “creature of habit.”

Last night, a student named Brock Hersch tweeted a hilarious video of his professor, compiled from footage he’d secretly recorded at the start of class each day.

The video montage shows the professor entering the room in nearly identical outfits, varied only by the color of his collared shirt. With a stack of papers tucked neatly under his arm, he greets his class with a sing song-y “hello!” and makes his way to the front of the room.

Hilariously, the professor seems completely unaware of the "Groundhog Day"-esque nature of his routine (or even, that he has a routine).

Though posted to Twitter less than 24 hours ago, the 17-second-clip has already gone viral, with more than 76,000 retweets and a whopping 110,000 favorites. (Those numbers are climbing fast, too: In the ten minutes I’ve spent writing this post, both the retweets and favorites have increased by more than 6,000).

Check out the silly clip, below.
