What Your Zodiac Sign Says About Your Gym Habits
Are your exercise and gym habits something that's determined by astrology? Does it have any impact whatsoever? Does your sign actually have any indication of what your gym experience is like?
Well, if you are a believer in horoscopes and astrology, then you'll definitely think it plays a role. Check out the below and see if your gym habits align with your description.
Aries (March 20 - April 19)
Aries put themselves first in a majority of situations, which is why they're dedicated to their gym schedules. They are driven and ambitious individuals who set goals and do everything they can to achieve them. They're also super competitive.
You can find an Aries in the gym on most days.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Individuals under the Taurus sign tend to be more materialistic than other signs, which is why their personal aesthetics are so important to them. They are stable and reliable people as well, so they tend to stick to their gym schedules, too.
Since they're also patient, they don't become infuriated when they don't see immediate results. Instead, they continue working hard toward their personal goals.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis tend to be very social, so you'll usually find them chatting up others at the gym. They see this as more of a place to meet people than to actually work out.
They also tend to be restless individuals, so you won't catch them on the cardio machine for longer than they can handle.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers love to stay close to home, so they're more likely to work out in private than in front of a huge, open gym. They also tend to be introverts, which explains why some might shy away from super-crowded spaces.
And if they don't immediately see the results they want, they often will become discouraged.
Leo (July 23 - August 23)
Leos tend to have large egos and fixate on self-worth, so it would only make sense they love hitting the gym.
And when they express themselves, they tend to act pretty vain, so if they don't have the bulk to back it up, what points can they even make?
Virgo (August 24 - September 22)
Virgos are the ultimate planners and they carefully construct a gym schedule tailored to suit their lives and busy schedules. They are very self aware; if they see themselves as overweight, they won't rest until they've change their bodies.
They can be perfectionists, too, so they may end up hitting the gym a little too hard.
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Libras spend their lives seeking balance so it makes sense they would be frequent gym goers. A steady gym routine also helps them remain calm.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are very competitive and committed, which is why they are driven when it comes to exercising. They would never seek the help of a trainer because they believe they know best when it comes to themselves.
When it comes down to it, they won't even listen to anyone's opinion because, in their minds, they know best.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
The most inquisitive sign of the bunch, a Sagittarius has no issue seeking the help and guidance of another person. They look at their goals in the long-term and focus on the big picture rather than immediate results.
They won't just want to see results, but rather understand how to best achieve these results.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns are ambitious and disciplined so their gym schedules are more of a routine rather than a sporadic occurrence. They are very practical when it comes to exercising and don't expect results without putting in the hard work.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
If an Aquarius is not satisfied with his or her appearance, you better believe people of this sign will do whatever they can to change that.
They actively seek change and have no qualms doing whatever it takes to get there.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
A Pisces is known for spontaneous behaviors as well as extreme mood tendencies, so it would only make sense that their gym habits are more erratic than habitual.
They definitely enjoy working out, but if they're feeling depressed, they either hit the gym extremely hard or ignore it entirely.
