How The Long Island Iced Tea Was Actually Created [Video]

PBS recently released this short special that documents the invention of the legendary Long Island Iced Tea.

Butt, still alive and well, is obviously proud as ever by his brilliant invention, sporting a “LI ICE T” license plate, though everyone who passes by probably just thinks he’s a soon-to-be-jailed alcoholic.
