National Atomic Testing Museum
It’s time you tried something different. How about Vegas? It may not sound like anything out of the ordinary, but we are not referring to the normal gambling and partying.
Don’t be part of the crowd, break away from the insanity of the strip and visit the National Atomic Testing Museum. This unique Smithsonian museum offers a collection of over 12,000 artifacts, each relating to the development, testing and deployment of the atom bomb.
This museum is located on the Desert Research Institute campus. The museum explores the effects of the atom bomb on pop culture and society in general. This museum offers a unique learning experience and allows you to see the psychological effects the atom bomb had on our society.
