Blake Mycoskie is the founder and Chief Shoe Giver of TOMS -- a brand that has become well-known for transforming everyday purchases like shoes and glasses into a force for good around the world via their One for One model.

Blake has actually been a friend of charity: water's founder, Scott Harrison, for several years. Blake has supported charity: water personally -- and has also coordinated a professional partnership.

In 2010, TOMS created two series of limited-edition water project shoes and helped fund three wells in Ethiopia. Last year they were a presenting partner of the charity: ball Waterwalk (which brought clean water to more than 19,000 people in India). They're also launching limited-edition charity: water eyewear this April.

In addition to all of that, Blake has pledged his coming 37th birthday to raise money for clean water projects in India as well.
