Elite, what are your plans for next Saturday? Made Event, the team behind the celebrated annual Electric Zoo Festival, is proud to present Benny Benassi & Friends with Hardwell, Bingo Players and DallasK at Governors Beach Club on Governors Island, NYC, Saturday, June 9, 2012.

Benny Benassi rose to worldwide fame in 2002 with the release of his chart-topping single “Satisfaction,” and went on to win a Grammy Award for his remix of Public Enemy’s “Bring The Noise” in 2007. Last year saw the release of his album ‘Electroman,’ featuring hit singles “Beautiful People” (with Chris Brown), “Electroman” (feat. T-Pain) and “Cinema” (feat. Gary Go).

One of the most in-demand producers today, his work recently appeared on several tracks of Madonna’s new album, ‘MDNA.’ He regularly headlines major festivals and venues around the world, coming to historical Governors Island this summer to treat electronic music lovers to his dirty and cool, sweaty and smooth electro sound — and bringing a cohort of top electronic dance music talent with him: Dutch big room house genius Hardwell, worldwide chart-topping duo Bingo Players and glitchy electro house master DallasK.

The 18+ event will take place from 4 p.m. to midnight at Governors Beach Club, which encompasses a 4-story tent with open walls, an open air beach, VIP areas, a state of the art sound and light system, over 100 feet of bar space, and spectacular views of New York City.

Tickets are available at www.madeevent.com. Round-trip ferry transport included.

Stop Petting Your Miserable Cats Because It’s Making Them Even More Miserable

Cat owners, we’ve got some bad news for you. Apparently, your feline friend is not cool with your grubby human hands soiling her purrfect fur. In fact, she’d prefer it if you’d just back the f*ck off. A survey conducted by Cat’s Protection, the UK’s biggest feline welfare charity, showed most kitty owners (more than […]
