Tyga, most famously known for his infectious hit “Rack City,” brings new meaning to the track by racking up his accountant’s credit card bill to the nearly $16k — and now a judge has ordered him to pay up!

Tyga‘s accountant, Robert Seltzer, claims he and the rapper made a deal back in 2011 that would allow Tyga to use Robert’s credit card to charge food, hotel, and transportation while on tour — and then pay him back at the end of each month.

The only problem is … Tyga never paid!

What about all those racks?!

Robert Seltzer wasn’t very happy with his client and so he took Tyga to court to get his money back — $13,396, plus interest!

Tyga missed his court date … so a judge entered a default judgment in Robert’s favor and ordered the rapper to pay up $16,801.67.

This ought to the young rapper a lesson!
