The owner of free porn site YouPorn is currently facing charges of avoiding to pay taxes on the sixty million dollar earnings his website takes in each year.

“King of Porn” Fabian Thylmann, is being held in a prison in Germany, his country of origin after being escorted out of his Belgium home.

YouPorn averages around sixteen billion visitors per month, and advertises many sites that require paid membership and offer longer videos. While only a small fraction of users are reported to use these advertisements to purchase memberships of other sites, it still apparently brings in revenues of over sixty million dollars each year.

German newspaper Die Welt has accused Thylmann of not paying taxes that the sites he advertises must pay because they require paid membership.

Die Welt claims this form of evasion is against the law in Germany, but Thylmann denies avoiding any rules he was told he had to abide by. His excuse is that he is simply taking full advantage of the benefits of being an entrepreneur.

Hopefully Thylmann gets cleared of all charges as soon as possible. The male population by not be able to operate without his services at their fingertips each day.
