Applying for a job nowadays requires more than just a resume- it also requires a captivating cover letter… a letter that will entice your employer to actually make it through your resume with a keen eye rather than just scanning it over.

Sometimes, however, while the author may have believed to be a strong, poignant cover letter actually ends up being the day’s joke passed on from laughing co-worker to co-worker.
