Mark Zuckerberg Has Officially Dropped Out Of The Top 10 Forbes Power List
World

Mark Zuckerberg has fallen out of the Top 10 Most Powerful People in the World according to Forbes, thanks to a lackluster performance of Facebook’s stock since its IPO in May.

Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook, fell from ninth to 25th place in the Forbes rankings after what the magazine called a “debacle” of an IPO.

He is one of the biggest movers in this year’s list and is now only one spot above media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

Mark Zuckerberg also trails fellow tech giants Larry Page and Sergey Brin of Google, who are jointly tied at 20.

After amassing his fortune, Mark Zuckerberg has seen nearly half of his $17.5 billion fortune dissipate, as he is now worth approximately $9.4 billion.

2012 wasn’t all bad for Zuckerberg, as the 28-year-old married his long-term girlfriend Priscilla Chan in a ceremony at his mansion in Palo Alto, California.

Facebook also reached a user base of 1 billion, and acquired photo-sharing site, Instagram.

We’re pretty sure Mark Zuckerberg isn’t complaining about his current situation.
