Dora The Explorer is probably the last person you'd expect to be named in a lawsuit.

But Fatima Ptacek, the 15-year-old who voices the Nickelodeon character, has been accused of calling a girl a "pussy" in order to try to get her to smoke in a bathroom at her private school.

The lawsuit that was filed on Monday claims that the girls were caught, and that Fatima was suspended for three days. The other girl, known only as MS, was forced out of Manhattan's Avenues: The World School, AP reports.

Parents Nadia Leonelli and Fredrik Sundwall say in the document that their child was bullied into vaping.

MS says, "I told her I didn't want to, but she called me a 'pussy,' and my competitive side kicked in."

The lawsuit adds, "The fact that FP is a known actress for being the voice of Dora Explorer may have played a role in why she was ultimately not expelled, even after the school threatened as much, and MS was expelled instead as a scapegoat."

MS' parents are seeking damages of around $40,000 to cover school and legal fees.

Nickelodeon and Fatima's representatives have yet to comment.
