Hillary Clinton was able to get a few laughs out of the chaos of the Donald Trump administration.

She revealed what made her feel vindicated at the Women in the World Summit in New York City on Thursday evening.

To be clear, Clinton said she does "not take any pleasure in seeing the kind of chaotic functioning" the Trump administration has shown thus far in this administration.

But there was one debacle in particular that was "somewhat gratifying" for her to watch disastrously fail.

That was the great health care fail of the Republican party.

Clinton said.

Having listened to them talk about 'repeal and replace [Obamacare] for eight years, or seven years now, and they had not a clue what that meant. They had no idea. I don't know that any of them had even read the bill.

In case you forgot what happened over the last month, the House Republicans, led by Paul Ryan, tried to introduce a new health care bill, the American Health Care Act, to replace the Affordable Care Act, AKA Obamacare.

Their new health care bill was a disaster on a lot of fronts, least of which was the fact it would cost a lot of people a lot of money (and health problems).

This bill was so bad it was disliked by Democrats and conservative Republicans.

In fact, as soon as it was introduced, people made a bunch of memes about how dumb it seemed.

Eventually, the GOP replacement bill failed. It didn't even make it to a vote once they realized there was no way they'd have enough votes to get it through the House.

The health care debate brought a bunch of women's issues to the table.

And those issues were discussed at a table surrounded by a bunch of men.

Clinton was concerned by that. She said on Thursday,

The targeting of women, which is what's going on, is absolutely beyond any political agenda. There's something else happening here.

In addition to the health care debate, Clinton discussed the reinstitution of the "Global Gag Rule" and the defunding of the United Nations Population Fund.

Altogether, she said,

The things that come out of these men's mouths, like, 'Why do we need to cover maternity care?' Well I don't know, maybe you were dropped by Immaculate Conception.

Clinton brought up the picture of the men sitting around the table discussing health care. That picture, of course, led to more memes. Because when you have a bunch of white men literally saying maternity care is worthless, you get memes.

Clinton said that picture looked like it came straight out of an "SNL" skit.

Clinton revealed,

My favorite GIF from the internet was showing the dogs sitting around the table, and the caption was, 'Now we will discuss feline health.'

For reference:

It was such a good pick, we'll forgive her for mixing up the terms "GIF" and "meme."
