Men who are normally insecure about their sexual performance: This one is for you. Or maybe it’s not.

The SexFit is a new invention that allows you to track how well you’re banging your girlfriend.

It’s a WiFi enabled device you wear on your penis that measures your average rhythm, thrusts per minute and calories burnt during sex. It then sends the information to an app on your iPhone.

SexFit also tells you, in real-time, whether you need to speed up or slow down your thrusting. There’s an LED light attached on the device that indicates exactly what to do.

The product description on the website explains:

When the centre light is lit, the user is hitting peak performance and matching the rhythm set by the training programme. Too many lights and the user will need to slow down, and not enough lights will advise them to pick up the pace.

A “+/-“speed button on either side of the gadget can also be used to adjust the speed of the training session ‘on the go’.

You’ll be able to share all of your statistics from the app on social media, too, so even your aunt in California can comment with an awkward, “Way to go!”

The SexFit is still a prototype and won’t be available until the spring of 2015.

Until then, boys, if you want to know how you’re doing in bed, you’ll have to do the most daunting thing of all: Talk to your girlfriend about it.

Alexia is a Writer for Elite Daily and one of the most inquisitive people you will ever meet. Currently a senior at Boston College, Alexia is really bad at movies (except documentaries because she obsessively watches those), controlling her portion sizes, being appropriately affectionate towards animals, tweeting, and hiding her feelings. She's a classic ENFJ who was once described as "painfully enthusiastic" -- and is still mulling over it. You can e-mail her at alafata@elitedaily.com or check out more of her writing at http://alexialafata.com. Or do both.

A Belgian engineering student has designed a drone equipped with a defibrillator meant to service victims of cardiac arrest. Ambulances can take as long as 10 minutes to reach their destination, says 23-year-old Alec Momont, which is why just 8 percent of the 800,000 people who have heart attacks each year in the European Union survive. A 19-Year-Old Kenyan Girl Figured Out A Way To Stop Elephant Poachers

We’ve reported on the horrors of the ivory trade before: It’s estimated that nearly 30,000 elephants are killed yearly for their tusks. As humans are the only predators of the majestic animal, we’re the only ones who can reverse the damage we’ve done. One way to do that is to end poaching. After learning about […]

5 Reasons Why One Prominent Conservative Judge Claims Voter ID Laws Are Ridiculous

A popular political talking point from the past decade has been voter fraud and enacting voter ID laws to combat such sinister actions. The 2012 Presidential Election illuminated that the laws were less about protecting the integrity of our elections and more about manipulating the voting pool and disenfranchising voters who were likely to vote […]

20 Emotional Thoughts Every New Yorker Has On The Subway, During Rush Hour

Apparently, the New York City subway is one of the most effective transit systems on earth. According to Time Out New York, MTA provides the most lines, 24-hour service and transports more people than most other subway systems — and at one of the best price points, to boot. Time Out doesn’t fail to mention New Yorkers’ […]
