Jeff Chirico, a reporter at CBS Atlanta, was investigating Richard Wilder, who does not have a license to sell cars or prepare taxes.

When Chirico discovered that Wilder had opened up shop elsewhere after being arrested and charged, he went to investigate, which led to Wilder’s father punching Chirico in the face.
