Billionaire Bahraini Prince Tossed Off Flight After Drunken Rant In Cockpit
World

It must be great being a billionaire… you can do ANYTHING you want WHENEVER you want. Umm… no, that’s not how the world works. Although money can buy you just about anything- maybe even happiness- it can’t make people overlook you breaking the law.

Bahraini Prince Mubarak Hamad, 29, learned this lesson the hard way when he raided the cockpit of Boeing 777 after one too many drinks.

After boarding the British Airways flight from Heathrow to Doha in Qatar via Bahrian, Hamad felt that the service provided in first class was sub-par and believed that he should let the pilot know (why he felt that the pilot was the one to inform or how the service could have been that bad if he got drunk immediately after boarding the plane, is beyond us).

The prince was asked to leave the cockpit and return to his seat. After he refused to do so the police were called in- they came aboard with stun guns and removed Mubarak Hamad from the airplane.

The prince was bailed out shortly but was told that formal charges were being pressed against him. However, it is not unthinkable that he will be able to buy his way out of this one.

This Anti-Bullying Commercial Means Well But Completely Misses The Mark

Er… this anti-bullying PSA might prove that sometimes, something that is well-intentioned can still fail to deliver. The commercial, produced on behalf of VH1 by advertising agency Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, attempts to show how bullying is bad, and the ways in which students can cope after they’ve been victimized by the school’s biggest […]

Watch A Dog Epically Faceplant Into A Couch In Slow Motion

For my money, slow motion is one of mankind’s top technological achievements. You can make the argument for things like “interstellar travel” and “modern medicine,” but neither of those have brought me as much enjoyment as videos of dogs doings things really slowly. You can tell this video is a true masterpiece because, despite being […]

The Origins Of Your Favorite Internet Memes Finally Explained (Video)

Depending on who you ask, memes are either a constant source of easily digestible entertainment or the bane of the Internet itself. While I tend to sympathize more with that second point of view, it’s hard to deny their influence. There’s something about Impact font superimposed over a picture that really speaks to people. Depending […]
