Body Of Naked Burned Woman Is Found On Beach In Brooklyn
The body of a naked, burned woman was discovered on a Brooklyn beach early Sunday morning, by a woman who was hiking in the area, it has been reported.
The body of the burned woman was reported to police at 7:15 AM Sunday morning by the woman who was hiking through the Marine Park nature preserve in Brooklyn.
There’s no current sign of identification of the woman, and investigators are desperately trying to figure out who she is and if she was murdered.
She was discovered near the water, close to a footpath through the brush in the park, the New York Post reported.
While part of the woman’s body was burned, there were no clear signs of a potentially-fatal trauma.
Investigators are waiting on an autopsy to be conducted in order to declare the cause of death.
The body was not on the beach for long when it was discovered.
