A genius in Brazil thought it was a good idea to give inmates a break from prison, as the prisoners were granted a holiday vacation.

Not surprisingly to anyone, a large number of those granted a vacation did not bother returning to jail.

26,486 prisoners were given the time off from hard time for good behavior over the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, and over two thousand of them are still at large.

According to the penal execution law, the inmates who have shown good behavior and have completed at least a sixth of their sentence can be granted vacation from minimum security prisons.

Imagine what would happen if this was allowed in America. All hell would break loose!

Powerful Anti-Discrimination Ad Proves The Dangers Of Judging Others By Appearance

Invisible discrimination is just as powerful as legal discrimination. Discrimination, whether it be based on wage earnings or on our first impressions of somebody, runs rampant in the US. Find Something You Love To Do, Surrender To It And Let It Kill You

We have passions – all of us. Some require dim lighting and a blank canvas, while others require a well-lit room and plenty of heartbreak, a sheet of paper, a ballpoint pen and a freshly uncorked bottle of whiskey. Some require a surgical floor, bodies on the table, carved open and needing saving. Others require […]

5 Reasons Why We All Need To Stop Judging People On First Impressions

Whether you meet someone at a party, go out on a first date or become acquainted to your new boss, first impressions are a guiding point in getting a “feel” for what a person is all about.
