Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has died at the age of 58, according to Vice President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday.
In an announcement at 4:25 p.m. EST on Tuesday afternoon, Maduro informed us of Venezuelan leader’s demise.
Hugo Chavez was battling cancer for two years before finally succumbing to it.
Maduro cried amidst the televised announcement, and the whole country is mourning the loss of their leader.
