According the the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, a robber approached a man in his car on Sunday, and the victim gave the robber a ride.

The robber approached the car in a Saint Louis University parking lot on Sunday night. He showed a gun and demanded money from the victim, who gave him $24.

The robber then commanded the man to move to the passenger seat and tried to drive off. However, the robber couldn’t operate a car with a manual transmission.

The victim offered to give the robber a ride. Once he drove him to his destination, the robber thanked him.

An investigation continues. No arrests have been made.
