A Chinese construction company revealed their plans to build the world’s tallest skyscraper yesterday. Here’s where it gets crazy – they plan on completing the project in 3 months.

Sky City in Changsha, south-east China, will be a 220-story structure standing at an incredible 2,749ft (838m).

It will house 17,400 people, and also boast hotels, hospitals, schools and office space with occupants using 104 high-speed lifts to get around.

The superstructure that is half a mile tall will be 32 feet taller than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai – the current world’s tallest skyscraper – and is expected to cost almost half as much.

Everything about this sounds like a sketchy idea, as there is no way all of the safety regulations could be met within such a short amount of time.

Residents of […]

America’s Sweetheart: 3 Ways Lena Dunham Proves She’s Just One Of The ‘Girls’

I began watching HBO’s original television series, “Girls” with my best friend on a cold night on the couch in my California living room. We were eating unhealthy amounts of food and wondering if we were the only 20-somethings who genuinely didn’t mind staying at home binge-watching television shows. But, once we had successfully gotten […]

Good Luck Trying To Sleep Tonight After Watching This 60-Second Horror Film

Here’s a creepy little short film to start your day off right. It’s called “Tuck Me In,” and it was directed by Ignacio F. Rodó. This one isn’t going to shake you with cheap scares like things popping out of the shadows. But, it will unsettle you, especially if you have children. I don’t advise watching […]

This Vibrating Device Stays On During Sex To Give Women More Orgasms

Most women can relate to the struggle that is the so-called “pleasure gap” during sex. Let’s face it, it doesn’t take much for a dude to get his rocks off, but for women, it’s harder. Recent reports show the elusive G-spot may not even exist, and up to 70 percent of women can only reach […]

Daredevil Teen Lies Down On Tracks, Lets Speeding Train Pass Over Him (Video)

It’s no secret that teenagers do a lot of stupid sh*t. Apparently, there’s science behind it — the teenage brain isn’t fully formed, or something like that — but nothing excuses what you’ll see in the above video. It shows an Italian teen lying down on train tracks in Perugia, Umbria, as a train speeds over […]

9 Flat-Out Lies We Are Told To Be True Our Entire Lives

We’ve all grown up on little white lies that were designed to make us feel better, and make us feel like everything in the world is in our favor. Unfortunately, nobody ever told us that these lies were, well, just lies. We adapted them into truths that are universally accepted. Don’t shoot the messenger, but […]
