A Chinese construction company revealed their plans to build the world’s tallest skyscraper yesterday. Here’s where it gets crazy – they plan on completing the project in 3 months.

Sky City in Changsha, south-east China, will be a 220-story structure standing at an incredible 2,749ft (838m).

It will house 17,400 people, and also boast hotels, hospitals, schools and office space with occupants using 104 high-speed lifts to get around.

The superstructure that is half a mile tall will be 32 feet taller than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai – the current world’s tallest skyscraper – and is expected to cost almost half as much.

Everything about this sounds like a sketchy idea, as there is no way all of the safety regulations could be met within such a short amount of time.

A Letter To Lance Stephenson: We’ll Miss You, But We’ll Be Just Fine Without You

Dear Lance, I write this from my apartment, which sits directly across from Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the beloved battlegrounds of the Indiana Pacers. In my window, there are still signs hanging up from the playoffs, reading, “Blue Collar, Gold Swagger” and “Beat the Heat.” Next to me, sits my roommate, who hails from Charlotte, making this […]
