This news just might end the whole nature vs. nurture debate.

Two college freshmen became fast friends over Facebook when they realized how much they had in common, but only after meeting in person did they discover that they share more than a mutual love of Tulane University, drama class and black fleece sweaters — turns out, they share the same sperm donor, too.

Mikayla Stern-Ellis and Emily Nappi, two California natives who were both drawn to the Louisiana school, fielded many comments about their similar looks when they started up a friendship during their first year in college.

Even though they quickly discovered that the other was also conceived through a sperm donor, the girls were taken aback when they learned over winter break that their parents’ sperm donation number was identical.

Maybe now that they know they’re half-sisters, the two BFFs can commence fighting like normal siblings.
