The man you see above is a performing arts professor with no political experience and no knowledge of economics, yet he is in the running to be the next Czech President.

Vladimir Franz has 90 percent of his body covered in tattoos, but he is currently third in the polls in the election to be the next Czech President.

One in nine voters plan on backing the 53-year-old professor despite his bizarre appearance and lack of experience and qualifications.

The first round of voting begins on Saturday and Sunday, during which Franz is expected to pull 11 percent.

Franz is a Professor at Prague’s Academy of Performing Arts.

Franz looks to promote human rights, democracy and green energy policies in a world of deception in the shadow of communism.

“The (political) system is so enchanted with itself that it has lost the ability to self-reflect,” he said in an interview yesterday.

“Czechs are fed up with this crap.”

Franz has only spent £15,575 ($25,000) from donations on his campaign and hasn’t put up any posters.

You never know, maybe Franz will be a refreshing politician.
