Dan Bilzerian’s Lawyer Allegedly Writes Epic Letter To Porn Star Suing His Client For Roof Incident

We know you haven't forgotten the video that surfaced a few weeks ago of part-time poker player, full-time millionaire extremist Dan Bilzerian throwing naked porn star Janice Griffith off a roof and into a pool.

Yet what made the video so legendary was not the fact that Bilzerian literally held Griffith by her vagina, but that she hit her leg on the edge of the pool on the way down.

She later tweeted that she had broken her foot.

According to Total Frat Move, the pool toss was agreed upon as the two were filming a pool sex scene for Hustler.

But now Griffith is planning on suing Bilzerian.

Total Frat Move has posted a letter that supposedly came from Dan's lawyer to Griffith's legal team.

The letter initially seems fake because the language isn't at all lawyer-like, but we can also assume that any lawyer crazy enough to work with Dan Bilzerian would be at least a tad unorthodox in the decorum department.

The overall theme, much like nearly every legal defense, is that the case is utterly ridiculous, or has the letter says, "embarrassing."

Update: Dan's team personally sent a copy of the below letter to Elite Daily. After speaking with them we can confirm that the letter is legitimate and was written by Dan's lawyer.
