The age-old (okay, maybe two-year-old) question has finally been answered — how does one dance to dubstep?

A man has answered the question with a YouTube video of himself dancing to a dubstep remix of Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain.”

This guy takes you on a journey through his unbelievable dance skills, dancing to the erratic beat that even the most rhythmic people may have trouble keeping up with.

We all have something to practice for the next few weeks. Actually, we’re probably best off leaving the dubstep dancing to this guy.
