It was reported that Mitt Romney ironically received 47% of the popular vote, after it was revealed via a hidden video camera during a fundraising event that Mr. Romney believed that 47% of the population felt entitled and took advantage of the system.

While AP reported Romney received 47.2 percent, he actually received 48.0 percent, making the election closer than previously thought.

It was a nice story to say that he received 47%, but it’s factually incorrect.

Romney’s comments were leaked by Mother Jones, showing that he did not care about nearly half of the country since they would automatically vote for Obama.

“That that’s an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what…These are people who pay no income tax.”

“My job is not to worry about those people,” Romney says in the video. “I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives.”
