Facebook is giving people an opportunity to send messages directly to their favorite celebrities, without being diverted to their junk inboxes.

So what will it cost you to spill your heart out to someone like Jennifer Lopez or Justin Timberlake? A cool $100.

The social networking giant confirmed that they are in the trial phase of testing this new feature on Friday, saying that a small number of Facebook users have access to the new feature.

One can now send anyone a message for free, but unless you are connected to the user, it will be diverted to the person’s junk inbox.

The new service offers direct access to the receiver’s inbox, provided the sender is prepared to pay the fee .

While it was initially thought that the service would cost $1, a journalist at Mashable was surprised to see it would cost $100 to send Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg a message.

Hey, if your pitch is good enough, it could be the best $100 you ever spent!

Preschool Girl Finds A Xanax Pill Inside One Of Her Easter Eggs

Roseville, Michigan, sounds like the most bizarre place in the world as a preschooler brought home a plastic egg that had Alprazolam (the generic brand for Xanax) inside. Maybe it was a gift for the parent since this occurred during an after school activity at Huron Park Elementary where parents and children came together to […]

The Origins Of Your Favorite Internet Memes Finally Explained (Video)

Depending on who you ask, memes are either a constant source of easily digestible entertainment or the bane of the Internet itself. While I tend to sympathize more with that second point of view, it’s hard to deny their influence. There’s something about Impact font superimposed over a picture that really speaks to people.
