Everyone is looking for a tax break, and a man was offered one with the added bonus of sex from a female Internal Revenue Service employee, as she was looking to barter the break for sex.

Vincent Burroughs, 40, of Fall Creek, Oregon, alleges Dora Abrahamson, 38, used her position with the IRS to sexually harass and intimidate him, according to a recently filed lawsuit.

Burroughs initially tried to ignore the attempt to solicit him for sex, but Abrahamson said she could either impose no tax penalty or a 40 percent penalty.

Burroughs gave in at his home in September 2011, where the two had sex. This affected another relationship he was in when his partner caught wind of the affair.

Burroughs finally gave in to her demands when she showed up to his house, provocatively dressed.

“She told (Burroughs) that she could be a bitch, or that she could be nice,” the lawsuit states, “She said that she could impose no penalty, or a 40 percent penalty, and that if he would give her what she wanted, she would give him what he needed.”

The lawsuit names Abrahamson and the United States of America as defendants.

Abrahamson is not believed to still be employed by the IRS, and has not commented on the lawsuit.
