If you’re anything like us, laundry day is the most grueling day of the week — or month, given our hatred of sorting and folding.

But that most cursed of chores just got a little less arduous with this fancy folding trick demonstrated by YouTube user DaveHax.

As we see in the clip, having a neatly folded shirt takes less than two seconds when using this simple arm-crossing technique.

After a series of plucks and flourishes, our shirts are ready to be placed into drawers and closets … where they’ll soon sit in crumpled heaps for weeks because, seriously, laundry day is still the worst.
