While the citizens of the United States bicker about all sorts of political issues, a former Senator from Alaska has made the declaration that the federal government is hiding some extraordinary things from the people that are truly out of this world.

Former Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska) says the White House has hushed the information of the “extraterrestrial influence that is investigating our planet” from the public.

“It goes right to the White House, and of course, once the White House takes a position, ‘well there’s nothing going on’…it just goes down the chain of command, everyone stands toe,” Gravel tells Top Line.

Gravel is one of six former congress representatives who were paid $20,000 by Paradigm Research, a UFO advocacy group.

Paid $20,000 by UFO advocacy group… and he’s saying aliens exist? Wow! That sounds like some good ol’ Washington lobbying if I ever heard it!

The money he was paid was to appear at a Congressional-style Citizen Hearing on Disclosure in Washington this week, where numerous witnesses presented their first-hand accounts of UFO sightings and extraterrestrial visits.

“The smoking gun of the whole issue, which is when they saw hovering space craft in Wyoming and South Dakota over the ICBM missile silos that the missiles couldn’t work,” Gravel says.

Gravel blames the media in aiding the government aiding the coverup.

“What we’re faced with here is, in areas of the media, and the government too, an effort to marginalize and ridicule people who have specific knowledge,” he says.

Gravel said the monetary compensation didn’t influence him to agree with the testimony.

“This is an opportunity which I’ve taken to focus on this issue for an entire week and the preparation I made in coming to it, for my enrichment that’s very important,” Gravel says.

The fact that Gravel was paid off makes a whole lot more sense than saying there are aliens running amok on the planet. Still, we won’t rule anything out, so get your tinfoil hat ready just to be safe!

NFL’s Proceeds From Pink Apparel Apparently Do Not Go To Cancer Research

The proceeds the NFL receives from selling apparel for its Pink October Breast Cancer awareness campaign do not go toward research for an actual cure for the disease. The league’s use of campaign profits to support other, less effective initiatives shows a severe lack of understanding of how to properly help the cause. That is the […]

Why You Must Know Your Self-Worth To Realize What You Truly Deserve

The perception of our self-worth is a driving force in almost every life situation. I believe so many people either give themselves too much credit or not enough when it comes to acknowledging their self-worth. Rarely do we see people who truly understand and acknowledge the strengths, weaknesses, faults and flaws that make them exactly who […]

4 Ways Women Are More Like Men Than You Think

There are a lot of generalizations out there about women. As with any sweeping statement, some may have a kernel of truth, while others are vastly overblown. Perhaps we are, as a general rule, the more emotionally-driven gender. But, do we all trash-talk while getting gel manicures? Sob at the end of rom-coms? Devour Pinkberry […]
