Despite whatever low approval ratings President Obama may have reached in the US, Pakistan clearly believes that the POTUS remains a symbol of masculinity and sexual proclivity.

This is evidenced by Obama’s image (posed like 007) being reproduced on packets of bootleg Viagra, priced at $1 for four pills.

While this could very well be construed as a smear campaign, the video claims that the pills often lead to unwanted side effects. Sales numbers reflect that the locals in the northern Pakistani city of Peshawar trust American leadership, at least when it comes to being sexually active.
