Iranian President Ahmadinejad Is Attacked With A Shoe In Egypt [Video]

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is currently visiting Cairo for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation — the first trip by an Iranian official to Egypt since the revolution of 1979.

According to reports, the Iranian leader was “attacked” outside a mosque this evening.

Various sources say that the Iranian leader was confronted by a Syrian man who tried to throw a shoe at him; the man was arrested immediately. Here is a video of the incident.
