Japanese Robot Equipped With Muscles And Bones [Video]

Developers from the University of Tokyo have built what seems to be the most human-like robot thus far. Kenshiro stands at 5 ft. tall and weighs in at 110 pounds.

He is equipped with aluminum bones and 160 artificial muscles- 22 of which are in his neck alone.

The remainder are located in his shoulder (12), in his legs (50), and in his trunk (76). Kenshiro was revealed in the 2012 Humanoids conference.
