While we’re sitting here annoyed about the Citi Bike situation in New York City, a Swedish man had a bike crisis of his own and decided to set up a CCTV camera in order to figure out what was going on.

Ped Edstrom was tired of repeatedly having his tires slashed outside him home, so he decided to set up a camera to catch the culprit.

What he saw was much more than he bargained for — his camera caught the man who was slashing his tires, but he that’s not all he was doing.

As soon as he punctured the rear tire of the bicycle, he masturbated as he watched the tire deflate. Who knew tire deflation was a sexual fetish?

Police are looking for the culprit, who may be connected to a series of similar crimes that occurred in the Osterlund area back in 2007.

A 35-year-old man was arrested then for slashing the tires of 20 bikes and masturbating on the seats.

Mr. Edstrom just wants the madness to stop.

“I am not scared of him, just irritated over all the punctures I have had to fix,” said Edstrom. “This man is probably completely harmless, bicycles are just his thing.”

Next time you chain up your bike to a public bike rack, keep this story in mind!
