Man Makes Instant Fog By Throwing Boiling Water Off Balcony In -41C Russia (Video)

An incredible video shows a Russian man making instant fog by throwing a pot of boiling water off of his balcony amidst the -41 degree Celcius weather.

The YouTube video shows the man take a pot of boiling water onto his balcony, and then proceed to throw it off.

Before the water hits the ground, it becomes a large funnel of instant fog, spanning four stories.
