A man who woke up with a terrible hangover that was worsened by a $28,000 strip club bill is now suing the establishment for allowing him to spend all of his money when he was heavily intoxicated.

William Ilg stated that the Hustler Club in Manhattan should not have given him the drinks because he was “no longer capable of conducting financial transactions.”

The case has since been thrown out, however, and Mr. Ilg will have to pay the bill of $28,109.60 to the strip club.

Ilg claimed the strip club had committed “a fraud and wrongful conversion” because they wouldn’t refund his money.

“There is no duty upon (Hustler Club) to protect the plaintiff from the results of his (voluntary) intoxication,” said Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Manuel Mendez, who dismissed the case.

It seems that it’s called the Hustler Club for a reason!

When I imagined myself getting married, ironically, I pictured that ending scene in “Runaway Bride” when Julia Roberts walks through the grassy field towards Richard Gere. With her hair blowing effortlessly in the wind; the fall foliage is vibrant against her ivory gown, and her off-the-shoulder dress trails behind her. She finally strides up to […]
