Six men have been apprehended after a wild scene in the Santa Clarita Valley, after the men robbed a local bank and led authorities on a wild chase.
Four men sped off in a black Volvo towards downtown Los Angeles trailed closely by LAPD. While en route, two of the men ditched the car, while the other two abandoned the highway and took to the local streets of a nearby Los Angeles neighborhood tossing “unknown amounts of cash” out the window.
A local man in a silver truck blocked the way of the Volvo, allowing police to move in.
It is unknown what the motive of the men was when they were throwing the cash, whether they were “making it rain,” “blowing money fast,” or if they had Robin Hood complex. The only thing for certain is they are going to jail for a long time.
