Mother Pregnant With Twin Boys Jumps Off Cliff Because She Wanted Girls

A woman pregnant with twin boys who desperately wanted a daughter could not take it when she discovered that she was pregnant with boys, and thus decided to jump off of a cliff, killing her and the twin boys.

Anna Byrne, 35, was a nurse from Dunboyne, Ireland, was “devastated” when ultrasound scans in March.showed that the already mother-of-two boys would be having twin boys.

Byrne became so obsessed with having a girl that she avoided her friends who had daughters in the months before her death.

Byrne also reportedly noticed baby girls everywhere, which drove her mad.

Six days after attending a psychiatrist for feeling depressed, Byrne jumped off of the cliff at Howth summit in Dublin, in the early hours of March 8th.

Mrs. Byrne was in the last days of her pregnancy and was due to give birth by caesarean section on March 29th.
