A 33-year-old man went into a gas station to apply for a job and then proceeded to rob it when the cashier stepped away for a moment, Gawker reports.

A surveillance video from the Ocala Citgo in Marion County shows Anthony Thomas filling out a job application and then reaching over the counter into a drawer filled with money.

After he ran off with the cash, the employee called the police, who were able to catch Thomas only a few blocks away.

They confirmed that he was indeed the suspect by the corroborating information on the job application he was in the process of completing.
