18-year-old Charles Ross from Bradenton, Florida was arrested Sunday night after going on a wedgie spree that was to be aired on YouTube.

Ross’s previous pranks include him “trust falling on strangers” and “kissing strangers” and can still be seen on YouTube.

The teen was arrested by Manatee County deputies and charged with misdemeanor battery after he gave a passer-by’s underwear a strong yank. Most people that fell for one of Ross’s pranks “were too embarrassed to want to pursue charges.”

Even the Sheriff’s office stated that Ross appeared to be “filming the crime with a camera,” only mirroring his history of “creating situations in order to harass and annoy people.”

He was briefly held behind bars until he got out on a $750 bail. He now has a court date on Valentine’s Day.
