Watching pornography could be beneficial for pumping iron, according to a new study. The study shows that male weightlifters are able to lift heavier objects after watching pornographic videos.
Scientists made this discovery by showing male weightlifters different types of videos, followed by studying their workout performances.
What they discovered was higher levels in salivary testosterone, as well as improved squat performance after the weightlifters watched the freaky flicks.
In addition to the erotic clips, aggressive, funny, training and motivational clips brought noticeably higher testosterone levels.
Sad and neutral videos had the opposite effect, driving testosterone levels down.
