Ben Sunderman leads the good life. Fresh off his role as prom king, the Texas teenager with Down syndrome just landed his first job.

A heartwarming video filmed by his mom, Sharon, shows the 19-year-old's reaction to opening an envelope from Project Search, a job assistance program for special needs candidates.

Reading his welcome to Embassy Suites' internship program in Frisco, Ben gleefully does a victory dance. His mom can't help but get just as amped up about her son's success.

According to ABC News, Ben has already knocked out one of his three goals for the upcoming summer: "to get a job, to build his muscles and to find a girlfriend."
