Heath White was scared to death when he found out his second daughter would be born with Down Syndrome. A successful competitive runner and former air force pilot, Heath had known nothing but perfection for all of his life.

But when Paisley was born in 2007, he soon realized that his greatest fear turned out to be an incomparable gift he can’t believe he almost refused.

Now, Heath is writing a confession letter Paisley will read some day in which he reveals the selfishness that nearly led him to abort his second child.
