A freshman from the University of Alabama who was putting together a large group to make a Harlem Shake video was stopped and ticketed by the Campus police.

Why wouldn’t they let him film the video? They didn’t want him to embarrass the school—oh yea, and they told him not to go to the press. Obstruction of the 1st Amendment much?

“They told me not to talk to the press,” Nojan Radfar, the freshman who organized the event and was penalized for it, said. “As of right now, I just have a ticket, but I’m worried I could be expelled.”

A commander of the Ukrainian separatists fighting to become part of Russia has admitted to being backed by roughly 4,000 Russian troops.
