West Virginia’s Mascot Is A Real Mountaineer, Shoots A Bear
When you get to pretend that you are a musket carrying mountaineer for an entire year it seems pretty obvious that eventually you might think or wonder if that musket is real.
Well the mascot at West Virginia University is definitely a real Mountaineer as he decided to show people that the musket that he carries and fires during WVU football games is still functional.
Jonathan Kimble, senior and mascot at West Virginia shot a video of him shooting a black bear out of a tree with the musket he was given as apart of his mascot costume. I hope he earned his black bear badge and got a 4.0 in survival class.
