If you're an avid ketchup eater and you love burgers, fries and chicken nuggets, you know getting ketchup out of a bottle is easier said than done.

Well, what if I told you that we have all been using the wrong techniques to get ketchup out of those annoying glass bottles this ENTIRE time?! Because we have.

According to Cosmopolitan, Heinz finally let the public in on a little secret -- there's a correct way to effectively get ketchup out of the bottle when it's just not coming out. No, it doesn't require you to break the bottle open, although that might seem like the only feasible option at times. It turns out the answer has been right in front of us this entire time. Literally.

It turns out Heinz told Mirror Online the secret to obtain all the ketchup, revealing,

That's right, the little "57" embossed on the side of every Heinz ketchup bottle was strategically placed there as a sweet spot to tap firmly when you're trying to get the good stuff out.

Can you spot it?

An easier way to make sure you're never ketchup-less would be to buy one of the plastic, squeezable bottles. But let's be real -- that's SUPER lame. Glass bottles all the way!
