Though barbecue is as popular in North Korea as it in the Southern US, the two cuisines couldn’t be more different. In Korea, meat is king; while in the South, it’s all about the sauce.
The folks at Digitalsoju TV wanted to see if classic Southern barbecue, the soul of American food, would stand up to the refined palates of savvy Korean foodies.
So, they had a series of Korean women try American barbecue dishes, including pulled pork and brisket.
